SINGAPORE: Oil was mixed in Asian trade Friday as weak economic data out of the US and China, the world's number one and two energy users respectively, dampened investor mood, analysts said. New York's main contract, light sweet crude for August delivery was 18 cents higher at 73.13 dollars a barrel but Brent North Sea crude, also for August delivery, fell six cents to 72.28 dollars.
